* Next Ritual: Sunday, July 27, 6:24 AM, Delphi Time
(Saturday, July 26, 8:24 PM US Pacific Time) *

We've kept the rituals short, so that they can be affixed to whatever else you do; but then, you may have your own reasons not to perform any of these particular rituals at all, and it is beyond both our capacity and our *desire* to coerce anyone into conformity. The rituals that follow should speak for themselves, and recommend themselves.

One thing that is indispensible to this group is that at the time of Delphi dawn, Sunday, if it is impossible for you to perform this or any ritual in its entirety, pause for a moment, and give that moment, in your own manner, to Apollon. This is the moment you can do so in the knowledge that you are joined by others; this is the moment we stand together before the God.

There is an absolute minimum, or what approaches an absolute minimum: at the appropriate time, simply light your cigarette, or a match, or a lighter. Just flick it. You'll be surprised at the effect, within yourself, of knowing that while you perform this small gesture many others are performing full rituals; no matter how small the gesture, you'll be one of us in that moment. You may find that you enjoy it. The next week, the day after that first, fledgling gesture, you'll notice that you overlooked it. The week after that, you'll be back with your cigarette. From that point on, you might find yourself embellishing upon it, perhaps whispering a line from one of the Hymns.

Before long, and at your own unhurried pace...
